Without paying additional service fee and installation of any computer software, CommuniLink can assist you to save your time in managing your email by a simply setting, our server will filter your junk mails and you can save your time in clearing each email and avoid missing your important emails at risk.

CommuniLink "Anti-Spam System" will be divided into two categories, they are "Basic Anti-Spam System" and "Advanced Anti-Spam System".

Our system will evaluate each email, if it had been identified as junk email, a word "[SPAM]" will be marked in front of the "Subject" section, and delivered to your inbox for your management (No email will be automatically deleted by system). You may simply setup the mail rule via OUTLOOK or WEB MAIL*, then you can filter the Spam mails away to the designated folder, the successful rate can be reached at approximately 50%.

* Web Mail: Only the selection of PHP Web Mail (4.1) can setup the mail rules. After the completion of the mail rules setting, the speed of receiving email may be affected, however, it will not affect the OUTLOOK users.

Remark:

1.	Users do not need to adjust any settings for this service, however, the selected tools are not included.
2.	The unit count of this service is "Domain Name", all the email accounts under this designated domain name may enjoy this service after the completion of setting.

In order to serve you better and perfectly, CommuniLink will also provide " Advanced Anti-Spam System" for your selection. If you would like to modify your domain email service to be efficient and managed easily, you may consider to upgrade to our " Advanced Anti-Spam System" service.

Anti-Spam System labels potential junk email with "[SPAM]" in front of its original subject and will follow your selected " Anti-Spam Email Management Option" . With the web control panel interface, you can not only modify your designated black/white list, but also adjust your own scoring system to evaluate your email. T he successful rate can be reached at approximately 80-90% !

Management Options:

1.	Keep the re-titled [SPAM] email in your inbox.
2.	Remove it to a defaulted mail folder called "Spam".
3.	Remove it to a defaulted mail folder called "Spam" which is cleaned on every Sunday. (Please note that the spam folder available on option 2 and 3 can only be accessed by IMAP4 and Webmail, but not POP3 (Outlook).)
