After CommuniLink's professional configuration, above 90% of spam emails will be eliminated by the system.	Administrator may have particular setting for every users, including the report frequency, action on spam and even the email subject tag.

Why the emails are spammed? Don't worry, our system will show you the reasons.	Spammed emails will no longer enter your incoming email server. Not only shortening the time to download emails, but also shortening your time to deal with spam and enlarging your currently email space for normal emails.


	We collect the international black lists of spam from several organizations. In first level filtration, we are following the latest rules and conditions to filter the spam which possesses the computer virus. In this filtration, it can separate 40%-50% of spam of incoming email.
	If the title, content or keywords meet the internationally recognized definition of spam rules, it will be given a score. The higher score means the higher possibility of spam. In the second level filtration, it can separate 90% of spam of incoming email.
	Our Anti-spam system is not relied on blacklists or manual updates. This brand new system can LEARN by itself! If the spam emails on the controller platform was not released, our system will analyze the emails per day and record the characteristics in order to improve its blocking system! You have no longer to worry about the slippery spammers could escape from the anti-spam systems!
	Up to 200 senders could be adding in White List, to further increase the effectiveness of Anti-spam system.
	All spam will be separated and retained in the filtering system for 15 days.Spammed emails will be reported by email to user's email account periodically or anytime by administrator. Users may release their useful but spammed email immediately in the email report.

Service Details

Spam Controller is an enterprise scale e-mail gateway that scans e-mail traffic from viruses, spam, attacks against security vulnerabilities. The large clustered servers allowing Spam Controller system perform a wide variety of local and network tests and Bayesian system with auto-learn to identify spam signatures. All the normal emails will pass through the gateway and deliver to their belonged email servers, while Spam emails will be marked and stayed on Spam Controller.

Management features:
1)　A Login account for Spam Controller Management panel will be provided.
2)　Administrator is able to release those wrongly marked "Spam" emails.
3)　Up to 200 senders could be adding in White List, to prevent normal emails marked as spam.
