MAINTENANCE WINDOW

Time: 1:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., Hong Kong Time.

Estimated Downtime: 30-60 minutes

This maintenance window will allow CommuniLink.Net System Engineers to perform three tasks:

1) Upgrade and add many softwares. This upgrade involves adding several patches to the server. The additional features will be added during this upgrade. for example

1. unlimited sub domain
2. web base email
3. Apache ASP
4. EmbPerl
5. fastCGI
6. WCP update
7. Your SMTP Server

2) Reboot the server and perform a System File Check. we need to run a routine File Check to prevent any problems with the servers.

3) Co-locate the DNS Server. This will cause the appearance of your site being down, as your site is pointed to our nameservers with Network Solutions, and in our nameservers is where we direct traffic to your IP address. Therefore, during this short period of time, your site will be inaccessible.
