Step 3:	Access another page and input basic contact information and login password. Then, click "Agree and Create Account" to complete the registration process as Picture 3 below.
Step 4:	After completion of the registration, you may click "Go to My Account" to access the control panel as Picture 4 below
Step 5:	Finally, simply confirm the registration by clicking the button "Activate" from the email that PayPal sent to the email account you provided
